Detection Principle
Viruses in samples release nucleic acids in the presence of lysis solution. The released nucleic acids specifically bind to the magnetic nanobeads and the magnetic bead particles bound with nucleic acids are captured by magnetic materials; the contaminants are removed by a washing process, and finally the nucleic acids are eluted from the beads in the presence of elution solution and collected for storage.
